Students from across the state met in Columbia, Missouri on November 13th for the Future Teachers of American (FTA) state leadership meeting. The theme for the meeting was, “Teachers Rise to the Occasion”. The Northwestern FTA members in attendance were Emily Bell, Channing Gladbach, Anna Speichinger, Halie Smith, Alexa McCollum, Katelyn Ames, Silas Brown, Hunter Stockwell, Trey Stockwell, and Jason Bushery.
